This month marks the final month that Body Worlds is going to be in town here in Houston. The exhibit has been featured at the Houston Museum of Natural Sciences. The formal title of the exhibit is Body Worlds 2 & The Brain- Our Three Pound Gem. For those of you not familiar with Body Worlds and what it is about it features specimens from the collection of Dr. Gunther von Hagens who invented a plasiticizing technique that halts decompisition of tissues. For those the slightest bit interested in science or anatomy this exhibit is a must see. For more information click on the link here.

The area in question had been different than what we had been previously working on but it coincided with where her leg had been recently bothering her. With her lying Read the rest of this entry »

Kinesiotape at the SuperBowl
2. February 2009 by admin.
So today was the Superbowl, and though the game was extremely exciting there were several shots of Philadelphia Steeler Hines Ward and his injury laden body covered with kinesiotape. I saw this shot during pre-game and took a picture of it. There was also another time where it was visible on his arm Read the rest of this entry »
