Cheer America Nationals

This weekend was Cheer America Nationals at the George R. Kinesiotape in the 2008 Beijing Olympics

This is an old posting from my clinic website, but I figure it is just as relevant here.

Body Worlds

Body Worlds 2.

This month marks the final month that Body Worlds is going to be in town here in Houston. The exhibit has been featured at the Houston Museum of Natural Sciences. The formal title of the exhibit is Body Worlds 2 & The Brain- Our Three Pound Gem. For those of you not familiar with Body Worlds and what it is about it features specimens from the collection of Dr. Gunther von Hagens who invented a plasiticizing technique that halts decompisition of tissues. For those the slightest bit interested in science or anatomy this exhibit is a must see. For more information click on the link here.

So today was the Superbowl, and though the game was extremely exciting there were several shots of Philadelphia Steeler Hines Ward and his injury laden body covered with kinesiotape.
